A delicious creation from our own unique recipe, and available only at Green Mountain Sugar House. We reduce our Grade A Delicate Maple Syrup to a point beyond regular Maple Candy, and then pour it over a wealth of cashews, pecans, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, and sun- flower seeds. It sets up into a hard brittle, marrying the marvelous flavor of maple with the delightful crunch of nuts. If you can stop after savoring just one piece, you are a most unusual person!
